Unimotor is a comprehensive product line of high-performance AC brushless servo motors.
With a wide torque range from 0.72 Nm to 136 Nm and rated speeds from 1000 to 6000 rpm, Unimotor offers multiple inertia motors and multiple feedback options to perfectly meet any application needs.
Multiple mounting options and single cable options provide greater flexibility, while the integration of the driver with the electronic nameplate provides greater ease of use.
To optimize performance, Control Techniques subdivide servo drives and motors by the work required for the application.
Pulse working - Highly dynamic applications requiring hard acceleration and deceleration. Examples include pick and place, flying shears and other fixed-length cutting machines. These applications are characterized by peak values (e.g. 300% overload) and medium torque ratings.
Continuous operation - High precision for a long time, requiring low acceleration and deceleration. Examples include printing, winding and labeling machines. These applications are characterized by medium peak values and high torque ratings.
Unimotor is a family of Control Techniques highly dynamic brushless AC servo motors designed for use with Unidrive M, Digitax ST, Unidrive SP and Epsilon EP drives.
Unimotor hd is a high torque, low inertia servo motor. Designed for highly dynamic applications that require rapid acceleration and deceleration. It matches perfectly with Digitax HD servo drives.
The Unimotor fm provides high precision over a longer period of time, requiring lower acceleration and deceleration. The motors are optimized for high stability in precision analytical applications.
